Roll Diameter Formula
Total roll length = π × (OD² − ID²) ÷ (4 × material thickness); labels per roll = total length ÷ (label height + gap).
Utilization Rate
Utilization rate = total label area ÷ sheet area × 100%. A higher utilization rate lowers material cost.
